Tullamore Tennis Club

Club Sessions.......

Although a tennis club normally has many members, when it comes to friendly competitive play, we tend to play the same group of people time and time again. A major reason behind the creation of the Club Sessions is to encourage more interaction between club members, whilst adding a competitive edge and have the all important opportunity to get that extra practice in.  You can turn up on your own and matches will be arranged for you.  Do not worry about ability as all standards are welcome! When there are more than 4 players then the club session is mixed up based on numbers to provide singles/doubles. In colder months we keep the games going fast to make sure no one is sitting out for more than a few minutes.

On Thursday there is an entrance fee  €5 to play in the session and prizes are given to the winners.  There is the opportunity to socialise with other club members as light refreshments are provided after the club session.

When you join the club you will be invited to a club session and one of the club's committee members will be there to welcome you and introduce you to other members.

Turn up to a club session and start playing tennis this week!
